I'm amused how busy i can get with work and neglected my life of how i used to be so free being a student. I really missed those days where i could just skip lessons and rest at home. Not just that, i also miss hanging out right after school and making funny videos during practical lessons with our macs. Sometimes i do wonder, what my parents said were true, "students' life are always better than a working adult" So i barely had time to go shopping at different malls, eating all the fast-food restaurants and exercises.!

I never had time to train for my NAPFA which was last Saturday. Other than swimming classes on sunday, my exercises includes walking from home to bus terminal, around checkpoint, and around the lab that i'm attached to. That's all for it and i hoped to get a gold for my NAPFA. I guess i was just pushing my luck too much. SO AFTER NAPFA, i was depressed like seriously, cause i didn't wanna attend the extra training just because of 1 station of the test.



I'm damn proud to say that i failed only my 2.4 which is so called the most important station of NAPFA! I'm cursing and swearing lah! THANKS TO WORK!

So apart from NAPFA, went dbl O twice and zirca once that's all for clubs!!! See the damages done by INTERNSHIP.! I have to stay up so late, just to complete my INTERIM report for IAP! How great can that be. I'm still counting down!!!

I enjoy talking to the staffs from the company, but not the work load that the management staff gave us.

I HAVE TO ADMIT! OT IS DAMN TIRING!

I shall skip about blogging about work since the highlight for today was pearl's birthday!

So I was awaiting for 5pm so i could just knock off and leave Jurong Island to celebrate pearl's birthday. But then the bus too fucking 1 hour to reach Jurong East! That's how long u take to travel from Jurong to Jurong! & So i was suppose to meet hoontian at 6.15 but ended up being 20 minutes late just to go home and take my camera!

Well we'll skip the traveling part. Straight to buying her a present. We totally had no idea of what to do. We're talking about random stuffs and didnt know how we ended up choosing to build a bear. Yes instead of building a bear, we built a leopard instead. So bought birthday cake and we rushed down to fish&co. for dinner.. And guess what, they were almost done with their dinners already lah!

So talked, gossiped, bitched.
We cut the cake eventually and this was how it happened.

I guess i dont have to explain this very old joke that was passing around when i was in secondary school. So yea, dont know then ask around.

So the excess birthday cakes that we couldnt finish, were used to play games in the end. Childhood but fun. The game which is also known as " Scissors, Paper Stone!" HAHA!

After a week of trying to get used of being an intern and the culture shock at our respective companies, we've decided to meet up just to rant and enjoy each others company. Before meeting up with them, i first went to have my haircut lo.! Since my mum keep saying that it was untidy for work.

So we met up at FarEastPlaza and had KFC for lunch with siuk. OK i just remembered, before i met siuk, i was sitting outside Carls Jr. and waiting for THEM to arrive. So siuk arrived and called me and the conversation goes like this..

Derek: WHERE ARE YOU!
SIUK: I REACH ALREADY, WHERE U?
Derek: 7-11 lo! you?
SIUK: which 7-11? how come i dont see you?
Derek: i dont see you also, can you like move around?
SIUK: i'm moving around what! where are you?
Derek: Did you like SLIM DOWN? HOW COME I CANNOT SEE YOU!?

Then he was like not funny and finally i saw him then we were waiting for mark until we gave up and had lunch before he could tell us to go ahead first.

While walking in KFC siuk asked me lah, if he did really slim down, then i just said no lah, the pillar so big blocking you what. He thought i was telling him the truth that he slimmed down. HAHAH!

So after ranting for a while, we headed over HMV and looked at albums and siuk showed me a gym exercise album which has single ladies and he thought it was shit and i saw "i know you want me" then i remembered that there's a byebyeringring tone for it so went to set it to byebyeringring and mark said that he wouldn't call me next time and will just text me just to avoid that byebye ringring. HAHA! :)

So headed over to Cine and siuk wanted to go KBox lah, but then we ended up playing Guitar Hero and i tired to play Maple but the programme was so outdated. So i just played guitar hero lor!










yea, then after that we went shopping at ION, i bought myself a Fossils watch and siuk got himself a very common UNIQLO berms. Then we decided to head over ChompChomp for dinner.

i cannot believe there's still vandalism on buses lah.! Or maybe it was just a long time since i've taken a bus around. HAHA!

Then we were searching for ATM around that area cause i need money to pay for my food!. Then we waited for like 15 minutes just to get a seat lah! Finally, got a seat and ordered our food. But i have to say that we're seating beside a bunch of freaks that talk with a British accent lah! Can't stand them acting like fucking high class people but come to ChompChomp to eat and they can't take spicy food lah! OBVIOUSLY LOUSIER THAN ME! People know i dont take spicy but i still eat stingray LO!!! They were giving funny face like when they eat and comparing NewYork food to Local food. These kinda old aunties should die! I bet they are like much much much older than me!




Yes, and after our food, we went back to Selegie for tau hui. The queue there wasn't any short either! So long lah!




& obviously the trip was enjoyable lah, so much for the suanning and bobo-ness... But yes yes i enjoyed my slutaday alot! Well, have to thank attachment for making us wanting to meet up so badly for each other stupidity and craziness. Well, that how i wasted my Saturday. :)

 Well, since i'm so free today and somebody is just not replying my message, i shall just blog about what wonderful cycling events i had during the 1 week holiday! I went cycling twice which was like 28th August and 2nd September. You guys must be wondering why did i even agreed on cycling in the first place.. Well 28th was the last day of my exams so i thought of i should enjoy myself by doing something crazy so yes we did. We as in me and shawnH cycled from ECP (since there's the only place i know to get bikes overnight). YES ECP as in EAST COAST PARK. 

In short i shall say the route we cycled instead of describing the journey.

ECP -> Tanjong Katong -> Kallang -> by Kallang River -> Suntec City -> Raffles Shopping Center -> Central Mall -> Chinatown Shopping Center-> Maxwell Market.

If you think that that's our ending point, you're wrong like totally!

We had our break or so called SUPPER there just to replenish energy. (In the meanwhile, shawnH was on the phone with siuk lah. they were discussing about where is our next destination after that and no need to guess, we're going to Toa Payoh)

So we started our Route from there again. I have to say i'm damn good at routes lah! shawnH is always behind me and i dont know why.

Thus, from Maxwell -> Clark Quay -> SMU -> Selegie Road -> Mustafa! -> Farrer Park -> Boon Keng -> SaintAndrew School -> Park Connector that connects Potong Pasir to ToaPayoh [OK! i have to admit that i was bloody afraid of the flyover at the park connector cause it was damn LOW, i'm afraid that i will knock my head onto the concrete and break my head. :( ] and cycled all the way &

TAH DAH! The love bird meets!

We were so fucking dead already lah! But then siuk's promised us to another meal when we reach there. So we had Kway Chap! And yes i'm so proud of myself  once again for being able to eat so much without getting FAT! So slacked at siuk's place and we SAW WONDERFUL PICTURES and videos lah!! :) *winks*

So at around 3, we're too tired to cycle back so we called a cab to drive us back and the uncle was so helpful! :)

That's all for the first night!! The 2nd NIGHT WAS WITH the 2 BOBOs!!!! (i miss their company like after intern starts!)

So like usual, we had alot of plannings for that night and was cancelled due to reasons. Initial plan was clubbing then mark backed out, kenrick backed out so did me and siuk. But then during Internship Briefing in school, i asked mark why didnt he wanna go so he agreed lah and blah blah blah. so was suppose to club that night but didnt cause krysh and joey didnt wanna go!!!

Therefore, we had to change our plan again to NIGHT CYCLING, but then the route this time was way much different. We got further and we cycled back! Such great achievements.!

So the part from ECP -> DoubyGhaut was the same lah! Just that we went on head to Town, inclusive of Cine all the way to ion Orchard. From there, we cycled past RiverValley Road to Beo Ave and Henderson and then past Lower Delta and you should know VivoCity!

well, as a proof of something we did this time round, a picture of us with the signs to show! and there's no way we could take a cab and go around cause there's 3 fucking bikes so by going around, we need to cycle even we're damn tired.!

 Well surprise surprise.. Yes yes this time round i'll try to blog everyday to keep track of myself what i do during my internship :)

So i miss my transport to my company there no because we didnt follow instructions but then it turn out to be that another bus came instead. SO being interns for the first day, we had no idea which bus it was until we called the company and found out our bus left!!

Reluctantly, we had to cab in and the cab fare cost bloody $23 lah!!! and guess what obviously LATE!  You think we wanted that meh! it wasn't my fault lah! So we kept quite and sit down slack and walk around for the whole of the morning.. It was until 2 that we were given manuals to read and a proper tour around the small place i was attached to. The population there was not more than 20 people...

So tada this is what we did. SO SIMPLE RIGHT!
